Current totals of building damage appraisal and documentation production for over 30 separate property locations in the Gulf Coast region. Appraisal evaluation consists of a vast range of building components, structural configurations and site layout. The Faunce & Associates team has prepared the documentation for appraisal and loss adjustment settlements. Mr. Faunce lead the presentation of the loss evaluations and supports the dispute resolution conferences.
$17,000,000 Commercial Loss Project
Managed claim document preparation, asset valuations and resolution support pertaining to large business complex affected by bio-hazard substance contamination. Over 12,000 man hours of preparation, evaluation and presentation for this complex project. Managed numerous professionals such as forensic accountants, environmental engineers, legal counsel and building construction estimating teams.
$19,000,000 School District Loss Evaluation
Organized, managed, and facilitated a team of field estimators and forensic accountants to produce documentation for 250 building locations. This project was for a school district where all buildings had been affected by Hurricane Floyd. Our team was tasked with the loss valuation and dispute resolution support.

Full asset valuation of development client portfolio. Consists of over 480 properties across 4 states. Led a team of field estimators to produce documentation for replacement cost valuation for each property with full statement of values schedule, photo report and claim expense provisions. Managed estimating team for hundreds of man hours. Managed and organized production of final statement of values for client portfolio.
